Panorama Trail Regulators, July 2006

We had 13 shootists turn out for the July match, ya can look on the whalin sheet posted on this here website to see if you should be cryin or byin drinks for the house. Other words you can check the results section on this website to see how you did.

A big thank you to everyone who helps set up, tare down and works at the match. It takes a lot of time and effort to put on these events, without you it would not happen. Bristol Bisley won the July workers drawing.

Speaking of Bristol Bisley, next time you see him, congratulate him on being elected to the post of Territorial Governor for the Panorama Trail Regulators. He was elected on a unanimous vote at the July match.

We wanted to start shooting four scenarios at the July match. At the last minute we decided to change the scenarios because a lot of people were on vacation (4th of July week). We will set up four scenarios for the August match if we have enough interest in doing so. Also want to know if everyone would like to take a 45 minute lunch break around noon, and then finish the match afterwards. Please send me an e-mail and let me know what you think.

Next match is August 12th, bring a derringer if you have one, it will be optional to use on one of the stages. Bring your favorite big bore, or lever action, rifle cartridge gun to shoot buffalo with.

We are holding a short seminar after the match in August for anyone interested in finding out more about our events at GCL. If you would like to help, give me a call or send an e-mail.

Don't forget, The Mystical Rough Riders of Erie County will be holding a shoot at Blasdell, NY on July 30th, sign up starts at 8:45, safety meeting at 9:45, and the shootin starts at 10AM. Contact Rev Dave Clayton for more info. revdaveclayton@adelphia.net
